Glottis... Glottis... is that a German name?

No it is not German I have never heared of it.

Glottis... Glottis... is that a German name?
Nope. I have never heard nor seen it, neither as an old-fashioned name that would have been popular a couple of hundred years back, nor now, so I really don't think this is a German name.
