The German version I'm familiar with is Inge (pronounced much the same way as Inga). Having looked that up, I find that it is Scandinavian, German or Dutch.
However, the Inga form is Scandinavian, German, Dutch or Russian.
Is Inga a German name only or is it also common for other European countries?
