What's your opinion on the German female name Hannelore?
I am German,and I dont like the Name Hannelore.


It is to old fashioned..
Reply:Emily's pronunciation is right, it's Han-nah-lor-uh. It is, however, a very old-fashioned name (think of people in their 70's and older) and nobody in Germany would name their kid Hannelore.
Reply:Well, it's supposed to be Han-nah-lor-uh in pronounciation. Being German and speaking German, I personally love the name- I think it's a great alternative to the common Hannah.
